ipod touch disabled, I know the passcode

hello there, plz help..

how to open a disabled ipod touch ios6?

I didn't forgot the passcode but my little niece took it and enter the pass many times till it disabled 😟

I didn't sync it with iTunes previously

wifi is OFF

I turned on icloud on it

I don't mind to restore it, but 1st I want to take a backup for the photos 😟
