Sending one file on Numbers with Ipad

SO I want to know how to send a single file. When I click on a certain spreadsheet I have multiple files under each one. I used to be able to just send one file under a certain spreadsheet but now for some reason they are all sending. The following picture shows the multiple files I have under each spreadsheet. How do I send just one file and not all of them? Please help!
