Trying to submit my podcast to itunes but i keep getting this message. Any help would be appreciated.

I can't see any reason why this should be the case. The top episode's media file plays OK in a browser and downloads when you subscribe to the feed in iTunes. However the server appears not to handle byte range requests - the method used by iPhones and which is mandatory. However when that's the issue the rejection notice normally identifies this as the problem. It sounds as if they hadn't even got that far.
Your media file URL routes through Google Feedproxy to another address:

It may be this redirect which is causing the problem, but in any case you may still fall over the byte range requests issue. If you can host at least your first episode on another server it might be worth trying.
