iTunes and windows 10

I have found a serious problem with iTunes and now its clear why I have been having problems

I had to use a virtual machine, but now I can reproduce it

Windows 10 x64 pro, this weeks iTunes

Enable sound check will crash iTunes and only a fresh install of Windows will get it back
