HOw do i fix the following error?

Hello Raca1234,
If you're getting an error message about the Camera app being disabled in Restrictions, you may need to disable that restriction. This can be done in Settings > General > Restrictions.
Otherwise, you may need to verify that whatever app you may be trying to access has access to the Camera app in Settings > Privacy.
