How to activate Health?

Hi, I've just recently updated to iOS 8.4 and "Health" was installed together with the update. It's seems to be quite an interesting app and so I wish to have it starts working but it's not..

I've asked my friend and she said that she doesn't remember clicking anything just to activate it.

I've already clicked "show on dashboard" for a few of the Health Data like those under the "Fitness" such as "Steps", "Walking + Running Distance", etc.

And I don't see any article answering my question..

Please help me to solve this problem, thanks 🙂
