Hi, I want to insert emojis to Facebok post or my notes or in text I want but when I press the emoji it doesn't appear. I already put the character keyboard on the menu bar but it didn't work. What I have to do?

Seems to be working for me. Go to the Edit menu bar, select Emoji & Symbols. Click on the emoji that you want to use.
Edit: Sorry about that. Emojis are not working on this message board. The two I posted vanished after I hit Save Reply!!!!! Don't know what is going on.
Emojis are working in Notes for me. I don't use Facebook or Tweet so I can't test there.
Are you able to insert emoji via double click or drag drop in TextEdit? After doing TextEdit > Edit > Emoji & Symbols?
