My macbook have a prob : the hingle is slightly misaligned, it was like this when i bought. I bought it at Jb hifi 3 weeks ago. So, Can i change it with a new one in apple store? i went back to jb hifi and they just can send to apple to fix it for me. Thanks
Yes, it is eligible for repair under warranty. As long as it has not been dropped.

It should be fine. If you had of purchased it directly from Apple, you could have returned it within 14 days for a no questions asked refund. I have no idea what the terms are from your retailer, but it should be repaired to your satisfaction under warranty if it is a manufacturing fault.
