uninstalled iMovie by mistake

Recently bought a used MacBookPro, iMovies is not on it, how can i get it back?

I think it is doing that because you don't have the MB Pro registered in your name. Go here and add the laptop to your profile http://supportprofile.apple.com/ If it was already registered to the old owner's Apple ID, you may have to contact with them in order to get the computer unregistered from their Apple ID. It depends on how diligent they were in cleaning up before the sale. After that, you will be able to register the computer under your Apple ID. I think then the iMovie is free but not absolutely sure because I haven't tested it.
