OKay so my windows 8 laptop wouldn't let me open iTunes without updating it. So I did. To the newest one. Now when I go to sync my music there isn't even a button to check to sync all music. It says something about iCloud. And on my phone my iCloud is deactivated. Help me.!

I understand that you are unable to sync your music from iTunes because it seems like iCloud Music Library may be enabled. If it is not enabled on your iPhone, it may be enabled in iTunes on your computer.
