I understand that you are unable to sync your music from iTunes because it seems like iCloud Music Library may be enabled. If it is not enabled on your iPhone, it may be enabled in iTunes on your computer. For information on turning off this service on both your iPhone and computer, please read over the information located in the attached article below.
