Q: Family Sharing "Ask to Buy" Issue

I have successfully setup Family Sharing for our devices and added an Apple ID for my daughter to be used with her new iPod touch. Everything seems to be working fine except when I test the 'Ask to Buy' feature and attempt to approve or decline the purchase from my iPhone or iMac, I get repeated requests to login to my iCloud account. Even though I've entered the correct password, it continues asking to login until I eventually give up and cancel.

 

I really want this to work, but I'm worried that I'll have to go back to the old single-account method of managing iTunes and App Store purchases. Bummer.
