How do I find a deleted message

I Accidentally deleted a message and I would like to know how to find it.

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4

If you backed up the phone after you received the message but before you deleted it, you can restore the phone from the back up. However, it will delete everything you've added to the phone since then.

TThanks Meg. sadly there wasn't enough time to back up in between receiving message and deleting. I thought there may be some type of recycling bin I could access but didn't know about. Thanks for taking the time to reply.

No, sorry. Once you delete it, it's gone.
