iTunes Home Sharing works on iPad but not iPh

I have set up Itunes Home Sharing using 2 libraries, 1 on my Mac and the other on a Windows Laptop. I have it working fine on my iPad, but I have issues on my iPhones 5c and 5s. I am using the same Apple Id on all 5 devices and are all authorised. On my 5s I can see all the libraries but when try to connect I get a message "Unable to turn on home sharing". On my 5c, when I choose .... more it does not show shared so I cannot get to the shared libraries. I have done everything correctly as outlined on Apple Support and these forums, but cannot find any help on the situation I am in.
