So to start with I own the iCloud ID "firstname.lastname@icloud.com" and the alias for that "firstnamelastname@icloud.com" (without a dot then)
And for some months I wanted to create a 3rd alias "firstname_lastname@icloud.com" but I accidentally created a whole new iCloud account... how can I fix this?

You would have to contact Apple Support to see if they could delete the erroneous iCloud ID for you:

Well thank you very much. 🙂 But sadly I only find Call options! 😟 Why can't I email them? I don't have a phone at the moment to call with right now! I would need to email them. But I don't find anything.

Perhaps you could instead create firstname-lastname@icloud.com, or firstname.lastname@icloud.com, as an alias and just ignore the new iCloud account - it would be less fuss if you can accept that change.
