Warranty is valid only in country of original purchase. There is no warranty
service in Pakistan for an iPhone purchased in Dubai.
maybe the product is the same Apple then shouldn't matter the country but thanks for the answer what i can do now? i'm still in warranty til 11/11/2015
Take it back to Dubai or send it to a friend in Dubai and have them return it for repair.
Return the iPhone personally or via friend/relative/co-worker to Dubai
and have that person take the iPhone into Apple or whoever provides
Apple authorized iPhone support in Dubai. Apple will not accept international
shipments for evaluation nor will Apple ship out of the country after
repair/replacement.
Warranty on iPhone has never been international, but valid only in country
of original purchase. (EU is considered one country for this purpose.)

to offer a solution that can be done from your location.
