pretty sure the 2010 imacs like newer ones has the graphics chip soldered directly into the main pcb which could result in the whole pcb have to be changed
but I would good for some apple repair places in your country to give them a mail or a phone call and ask
the hdd would be easy
How much would it roughly cost to get the whole pcb replaced? am I looking at over $500, less or more?
Probably more, but check for yourself with a local Apple shop.

Remember, no one can give you an exact figure until the repair techs physically examine & run diagnostics on your computer to confirm what is wrong w/it.
