contents of my iPad Air never complete loading when I select "Apps" from the settings options in the iTunes left-hand side bar

IOS 8.4 Windows 7 SP 1, 64-bit

When I connect my iPhone to my computer and select "Apps"

I can see the apps currently installed:

However when I do this with my iPad it never completes loading:

I have removed and reinstalled iTunes and have also restored my iPad
