Podcast Episode Is Doubling Time And Playing Out Of Sync

Hi,

I had my podcast accepted to iTunes using Soundcloud yesterday. I have noticed when I stream or download an episode thought the time of the episode doubles (e.g. goes from 1 hour to 2 hours) and it also plays and then restarts segments (e.g. it plays the first 30 seconds, then starts again, then plays the next segment for 30 seconds and then plays it again)

I've tried uploading the files again to soundcloud and it does it again. How do I fix this issue?
