iTunes purchases are not showing up in my iTunes Library.

Some iTunes purchases are not showing up in my iTunes Library, nor available on my devices. iTunes does not show them as "Purchased" under the quick links, but the individual TV shows are grayed out and say "Purchased", yet I'm not able to re-download. I have absolutely no idea what to do. I haven't changed my Apple ID. I have iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV. Just trying to get everything together. Any thoughts??

If you are not able to access items you've purchased from the iTunes Store, take a look at the following resources:
