Multiple versions of same machine showing up in iCloud tabs in Safari

When I look at open tabs on my other devices in Safari I see three versions of the same machine. I upgraded my Yosemite machine to El Capitan for a bit, and then went back to Yosemite. It is showing the two older versions of the MBP installs. I went to my iCloud settings on line, and it does not show in Find My Phone which is where I thought you had to go to delete it.

Any help would be appreciated.
