Final fix for WebKit2WebProcess.exe issue

Is there a final/simple fix for the subject issue that I'm encountering?

HP Desktop PC-OTHER, Windows 7

Yes.

Trash Safari and use a different browser. Apple ended development for the Windows version years ago.

I would have trashed it but can't find a way to do it. Went to programs & features to uninstall but it wasn't there. Please share if you know how I can get rid of Safari for good.
