Why Can't I Remove Apps From My Phone?

I just finished, or THOUGHT I finished migrating my Itunes library to a mac mini from my macbook pro.

Absolutely EVERYTHING is working fine, except for the fact that I can't remove apps from my iphone through Itunes.

I'm on IOS 7.1.2 with an Iphone 4S.

Both of my computers are on Mountain Lion. But this one is on a newer version of Itunes (12.2)

Do I have to deauthorize my macbook pro in Itunes, or what?
