Apple Mail - How to add images and hyperlinks to signatures?

Hi!

I use a Macbook Pro (Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5) and was trying to configure Apple Mail.

Is there a way I can add images to my signature and hyperlink those. I tried copy pasting it from a mail. I am able to paste it but here is what it changes to.

It is a pain not being able to automate the signature.

You end up not being able to use the Apple Mail at all

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks Linc. I am not too good at writing HTML. Could you give us a template where we can change the name of the image and the hyperlink and work from there. Writing an entire code to add a signature to my mail is too much to ask for from the user.
