Can photos from Iphone can be recovered using any recovery software?

I am using apple iPhone 5 currently running iOS 8.4.I have no issue with the device I just want to sell it I want to make sure that all the photos on my device I have deleted permanently from my device can be recovered using software or not.

To ensure privacy of device I have restored it to factory and it will be set as new Apple ID. After all this is there any risk of my data to be recovered by a person who is purchasing please help.

Did you run "Erase all Contents and Settings"? Then the iPhone will be restored to factory settings and all contents will be wiped off the iPhone: See: Eraseall content and settings on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Apple Watch - Apple Support
