Hi,
I purchased an album from apple store "Soft Jazz Guitar Sessions – The Best Romantic Music for Lovers, First Kiss & First Date, Acoustic Guitar, Romantic Piano, Sexy Songs, Candle Light Dinner Party".
None of the songs in the album can be played. How can I revert or remake the purchase?

This is a new purchase, and what happens when you try to play the tracks ?
Have you tried deleting the tracks from the My Music part of your library and (assuming that you are using iTunes 12) clicking on your account name at the top right of the iTunes screen and clicking ‘Purchased’ on the popup redownloading it ? If not on iTunes 12 then click on the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage and redownload it from there.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads in the same state then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com/

Thanks King. It simply jumps to the next available song. When I try to use Window Media Player to play it, it shows the time track but got no voice.
