I sold my old iPhone 5 an now have a iPhone 6 but I'm still recieving iMessages from my old phone can anyone help???!!

This is why it's very important to remove your account from iMessage settings before reset it. You should try to contact the person to see if your number stil appears in his settings.
After, look in your iMessage settings to see if everything seems correct.
