Is Kingston SSDNow 2.5' V300 SATA III compatible with Macbook Pro Mid 2010?

Hello,

I have a Macbook Pro Mid 2010 and I would like to upgrade the HD to a SSD. Is the Kingston SSDNow V300 SATA III compatible with my notebook?

Yes it will be compatible. This is from the Kingston web site:

Be advised that you will not achieve the full capabilities of this SSD because your MBP has SATA2 connectivity, not SATA3. But it still will be much faster than your conventional HDD.
