I want to add music to my iPod but syncing will delete all my current music. help?

my computer with all of my music on it broke so we got a new one. i want to add new music to my ipod from the new pc but it says i have to sync the ipod. doing this will delete all my current music! What do i do?

Copy everything from your backup copy of your old computer to your new one, then sync everything you want to your iPod.
