Using a iphone 6 and a camcorder in a pal territory

Hi

I'm going on holiday, unfortunately as I live in a PAL territory my camcorder lets me film at 50i FPS or 50p FPS. My iphone by default is either 30 or 60. I downloaded MoviePro, so I can change the FPS so I could hopefully mix the 2 videos together, but was wondering which combination would be the best to do? I tried the camcorder on 50i and the phone on 50, but the results were carnage! I'm not planning on burning the film to disc, instead, watch on a media player or something. Any Advice? Would It be better to buy a different SD card So my camcorder could film at 25p and also my phone at 25? I find the phone at 25 to be too choppy...
