Updated to 12.1.2.16 Playlists keep reverting back to ascending order.

Any new playlists since this update will not keep the proper order. Huge problem for audiobooks. The previous version allowed changing of order easily AND it saved the order. Now, it keeps reverting back to ascending every time I open iTunes. If I can't find the solution, I will have to uninstall iTunes and install an older version. Help...

In the Songs view sort the playlist on the column you want, then in the left-hand playlists column right-click on the playlist name and click Copy to Play Order. Does your selected order stick now?

Does seem like "Copy to Play Order" is the key. So far this is the method that seems to be working and staying put:

PLAYLIST (top right)

Sort by: Manual Order

Descending

Right click on the Playlist name in left column..... Copy to Play Order

repeat the PLAYLIST, Sort by: Manual Order, but choose Ascending.

Thank you! Having a huge book like Game of Thrones Book 5 out of order is a nightmare.
