my iphone 5s is stuck on the boot logo and its not jailbroken can i fix this without losing all my data ?

Have you tried Resetting it? Hold down the home and sleep button, wait for that logo, let go of the buttons.

Your data is already gone. Restore the iPhone using iTunes and then put

the data back using your backup. If you have failed to use any of the many

ways provided to backup your data, you will have to start over.
