how do i save attachments from safari email

Someone sent me an email with many photos attached (.jpg) that i want to download to my photo library.

I don't see any options to save my attachments unless I open each individually.

I am feeling inept for not knowing how to do this, but there doesn't seem to be any obvious "save as" option for attachments.

I am sure there is a way to do this - yes? and if so, how? thanks for any help.
