I have 29.5 GB of OTHER on my iPhone 6

I have less than 30GB of pics, music, photos, data/docs stored on iPhone. There is 29.5GB of other showing up in the storage "bar".

First I tried to just restore from my computer and it said not enough space (Duh!!). So I erased and then restored. The 29BG

of "other" is still there. I have looked all thru the summary tab, etc. for what "OTHER" is to no avail.

How do I wipe out that data?
