Q: cannot send an email

I use iCloud , no one has been receiving my emails and i had no idea for at least a month. There is no alert that they are not sending it shows up in outbox as sent.

i have tried everything ,i have had the same .mac email for years, i though maybe it is comcast but they are no help.

HELP
