trying to sync my ringtones in my iTunes to an iPhone 5c. when connecting its just keeps dinging. Doesn't recognize the device at all. What can I do ?
I do have windows.

To make sure that I'm on the right page, it sounds like iTunes isn't properly recognizing your iPhone when you connect it. Fortunately we've an article that I've linked below that details a number of steps that can help get your iPhone and iTunes to communicate properly. At that point you should be able to sync your ringtones normally.
