I have an iPhone 5s and I'm having an issue with calendar events not propagating from Laptop or Desktotop to the phone.
If I create an event on the phone it shows up on the other devices. If I create or modify an event on the Laptop and or the Desktop it does not show up on the phone.
I hope this makes sense and someone can help.

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.3
Added information I'm running Windows 7 with Outlook.
I just updated from 8.3 to 8.4 and now all sync's broken.
Help needed
Are you using a cloud service to sync calendars? (iCloud, Google, Yahoo, Exchange?)
If not, try that first.
I have not had any issues with iCloud, Google, or Exchange calendars syncing between all of my devices. Plus, it's all automatic, no need to manually sync to the computer.
Using iCloud. Has been working well til a few days ago. Before I updated today to 8.4 I had turned off the calendar app, rebooted phone an opened the calendar app with no luck.
