My Iphone 5s Screen Freezes frequently

My iPhone 5s Screen freezes frequently, especially after it was upgraded to iOS8.4. I have to tap very hard on the right top corner to bring it back. Does this happen to any one else? Is there a solution to this other than paying $269 to replace the screen?
