Buy QuickTime Pro (spain)

I want to by QuickTime Pro. I use the lind from the app and it goes to this page: https://secure2.store.apple.com/shop/checkout#payment-box. I enter all information requested but the phone number doesn't seem to be correct. Is there any issue with phone numbers from other countries outside US? I cannot buy the app...
