Having an issue deleting OSX Mavericks off a Samsung EVO 5 1TB with a Windows Based PC

If I replace one of my internal hard drive storages with this Samsung SSD, and boot up Windows, I get a message saying Reboot...something etc. What I was trying to do was delete the partition so I can return this to Amazon. I was trying to install this on a Macbook Pro 2011 and found it wasn't going to do any good, but now I can't erase the partition.
