Photo stream issues on windows 8.1

I'm running icloud on my windows 8.1 laptop and for some reason my photo stream isn't updating with the photos taken from my iPhone and ipad. However the public streams that I am in are working fine. How can I fix this?

The photo stream that isn't working on my laptop is working fine between my iphone and ipad.
