Trouble with ExFat LaCie hard drives on MacBook Pro

Hi there,

I have 2 2TB LaCie thunderbolt/USB 3.0 drives that were formatted ExFat and have footage on them, both now won't mount on my Mac Book Pro. Yesterday were fine. One is now mysteriously MS DOS when I look in Disk utility, and one is still ExFat. Any advice on how to get them to mount again on my mac book so I can copy the footage to another drive?

I've tried different computers and cords, shutting down, re-starting etc. I even tried them on a PC and it came up with an error message. Not sure what went wrong here.

Thanks!

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)
