I use the Skitch app for annotating. I'm not sure if it's how you want your captions to look like so I included the 3 ways it can add captions.

After a little practice I was able to write out my captions. The app works great. Thanks so much.
You're welcome. One of my favorite features is the ability to pixelate personal material for use in the Forum.
