My Apple TV only shows 12 channels when connected in Uruguay. No Netflix or YouTube appear, which I can only watch via AirPlay. Is there any way allowing me to click them directly on my TV screen?

I just purchased an Apple TV model A1469, serial F6LP4K03FF54, Apple TV software 7.2 (7512), which is duly connected to my WiFi network (IP address DHCP 192.168.1.1). can only watch 12 channels on the screen, but no Netflix or YouTube, which I handle via AirPlay. I tried Restart or Reset to no avail. I want to be able to click those two channels (maybe be others?) directly on the TV screen. Is there any way to do this? What is the reason for my failing to do it? Many thanks.
