Saving photos from iCloud Photo Library

Hello! Who knows, how can I import and save EASILY to my computer (with Windows OS) 16'000 photos from iCloud Photo Library? iTunes recommends me to use https://icloud.com/ , but there are some huge problems:

1. I can't choose all 16'000 photos by one click.

2. When I choose several photos and press "Download", I have to save EACH photo one by one. It is too difficult way to save 16'000 photo..

Who knows easier ways to save quickly a lot of photos?
