My ipad will not turn on, or respond to anything.

So let me give you some context, basically last night i was watching something on my ipad. It was at 7% then suddenly switched off, this led to it continuously turning itself off and on. I did the whole press home and power button, that made it worse. Now it will not turn back on. I have tried charging for 5 hours which yielded no results.

I really want a fix for this quick so please help me.
