I cannot use connect to the wifi on my personal hotspot (ipad) to connect to Apple TV.
Is the personal hotspot working with other devices? What happens when you attempt to connect Apple TV? Bear in mind that this will incur a lot of data and impact battery life, also wise to contact your carrier to see the terms as this type of usage may not be permitted.
Thanksfor responding. The personal hotspot works for my laptop. I continue to recieve an error message when trying to access the wifi through Apple TV.
What does the error say?
Do you have an unlimited plan? As I said this will incur a lot of data (HD streaming is usually 2GB/hr). If you haven't I would still contact your carrier to make sure what the terms of use are.
