What's the best online storage service for iPhoto?
I want to back up my iPhoto library but I'm not interested in using an external hard drive or DVDs. I don't mind a monthly/annual fee if it's reliable.

there is none - the iPhoto library must always be on a volume formatted Mac OS extended (journaled) and no Cloud service uses that format -- the backup must be on a local properly formatted external hard drive drive
