APP fails during updates.

Phenomenon:APP is updating all the time and stop at 60%. Neither finish the updating nor stop. Now I want to Uninstall it but system doesn't respond.

Methods I tried:

(1)Restart iphone6,can't help.----fails.

(2)Connect to Itunes:updates by Itunes fails again. Delete the APP ----fails.

(3)Reinstall the APP many times ----fails.

More information :

(1)APP is about 120MB.
