imovie not appearing in icloud

I created a movie in iMovie. I failed to upload it to Facebook but didn't worry too much as it was still on my phone. Now my phone's broken and I have a blank screen. I've search all through my PC and the iCloud but this movie doesn't seem to have downloaded. Does anyone know where I might find it or how I might be able to get it off my phone onto the PC, it's of my two children and our last holiday as a family before my daughter passed. Desperate to retrieve it.
