iTunes 12.2.1.16 problems

Ever since I have updated to the latest iTunes (12.2.1.16), which includes the support for allowing music to be put into the cloud and search the limited amount of songs in the Apple Music library (said there was 16,000,000 songs, but they lied), in the old iTunes, there was a thing where when you are in the iPhone view, where you were able to see what is on your phone, music-wise, and be able to sync playlists to your phone, now you can't. I know that the new generation sees that everything should be done wirelessly, but there is a point where some things should be done on the computer rather than completely done on the phone.
